Result: business segment growth from 5 Mio. € to forecasted 50 Mio. € in a 5 year time frame.

Implementation of a global program management organization with launch responsibility from quotation to PPAP sign off, latest 6 months after start of production. Management and control of approximately 150 programs with monthly review meetings following the PACE methodology (Product And Cycle time Excellence).
Result: program performance improved from 65% to 95% on time, to spec. and within budget.

Creation of a business line of overmolded plastic (sensor) housings for ECU’s (engine control units).
Result: business segment growth from 15 Mio.€ to 100 Mio.€ within 10 years.
